Our delivery costs are designed to be simple and as reasonable as possible. Within New Zealand our postage and packaging costs are

Where do we deliver?
We deliver New Zealand wide.
If you wish to have resources delivered to countries outside of New Zealand please contact us and we will try to arrange it.

How do we deliver?
We use NZ Post to deliver your resources. Deliveries are sent Monday - Friday (except public holidays).
All packages are securely packaged to ensure the safety of the resource inside.

When will my resource arrive?
Dispatch
If we receive your order by 10am (NZT) your order will be dispatched the same day (Mon - Fri).
If we have any problems with dispatching your order within our stated timeframes, we will be in contact as soon as possible via email.

Returns Policy
If for some reason you are unhappy with the resource sent, you have 14 days to return the resource for a full refund.
