This is a varied job that includes using a Q5 accounting package, completing bank reconciliations, GST and PAYE returns, identifying potential funding sources, preparing and submitting funding applications, payment of salaries and wages, preparing and monitoring an annual budget, financial reports, and annual financial statements for the organisation.
Strong financial, organisational, administration, communication and computer skills are essential for this position, as is excellence in Q5 (Quantum) or similar accounting systems, and EXCEL. The job will suit a person who is self-motivated and can work to deadlines.

English Language Partners Taranaki (formerly ESOL Home Tutors) is a community-based, nationwide organisation helping migrants and refugees learn English and start their new life in New Zealand.The course is for volunteers wishing to give English language and social support to adult ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) learners in our community.
Cost to cover the course material is $35.00
